The professional manufacture for producing series of pipe fittings, such as intermediate frequency elbow, tee, reducer and flange etc. It was established in 1986. It has more than 20 years' production history of pipe fittings. It covers an area of 99,000 square meters and building area of 15,000 square meters. It has 415 staffs, including 43 medium and senior professional technicians. Meanwhile, we engaged 3 famous experts of pipe fittings from top-tier institutes. The annual production capacity of pipe fittings is 18,000 tons.

At present, there are 6 pipe fittings production lines in our workshops. We imported 2 hydraulic intermediate frequency pushing TZ-1200 production lines with domestically advanced technology. The maximum machining diameter of seamless elbow could be reach 1200mm, wall thickness of 120mm. We have 10 production lines of flange and the maximum machining diameter is over 6000mm.

We have strict quality management system and set up strict quality work objective management responsibility system, so the strict quality constraint mechanism and reliable quality guarantee system formed. The standardized management and measuring work won Measuring Certification of Quality Supervision Bureau.
