Rock Bit Series
Our mineral Rock bit products are used in air drilling, such as the development of iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore and open pit mining tools. The products mainly cover 6" - 17 1/2" and other size series. In various specifications of mining drill products, they effectively improve the quality and performance of the drill.
The single rock bit is a kind of deceleration bit, meaning the speed of the tooth is smaller than that of the drill bit. It is mainly used for cutting and broken rock, suitable for small drilling operations such as window side drilling and deep drilling under high speed and high drilling pressure.
The application field is relatively wide, suitable for both side drilling construction and medium-deep parallel drilling.
Working torque is lower than PDC drill bits under the same conditions, reducing tool expansion and downhole accidents.
Combines advantages of three rock drills and PDC drills, making it suitable for plastic formations and hard interlayers.
Achieves high rotation speed and meets special drilling needs when paired with power drilling tools.
Dimensions: Available in sizes 3 3/4" (95.3mm) - 6 1/8" (155.6mm).
Models: YA / YC 437, YA / YC 517, YA / YC 537.
Combination Bit Series
The combined Bit Series are mainly used in Bridges and high-rise bored pile bedrock drilling, railway, water conservancy, construction and other systems. These bits are adapted to strong, medium and slightly weathered rocks and gravel, such as granite, gneiss, sandstone, limestone, and shale.
Utilizes hydraulic engineering principles to efficiently remove sediment at the bottom of the hole.
Features the first double fulcrum rock tooth design.
Includes a palm back wear prevention mechanism.
Unique and reasonable distribution mode of rock teeth for optimized cutting.
Protective cylinder protection block enhances stability and extends the drill bit's service life.
PZ Series Properties: Sharp nature, wear resistance, robustness, stability, slag accumulation and self-cleaning, and safety.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What size ranges do your Rock Bit Series cover?
The Rock Bit Series products mainly cover sizes ranging from 6" to 17 1/2", with specific small-size single bits available from 3 3/4" to 6 1/8".
Q2: Which drilling environments are suitable for Combination Bits?
They are ideal for bedrock drilling in bridge construction, railway, and water conservancy projects, specifically for granite, sandstone, limestone, and shale.
Q3: How does the single rock bit compare to a PDC bit?
The single rock bit operates with lower torque than a PDC bit under similar conditions, which helps prevent downhole accidents and handles complex hard interlayers more effectively.
Q4: What models are available for the small size single rock bits?
We provide models including YA/YC 437, YA/YC 517, and YA/YC 537 for specialized drilling needs.
Q5: How is sediment handled in the Combination Bit Series?
The bits are designed based on hydraulic engineering principles to effectively remove sediment from the bottom of the hole during operation.
Q6: What makes the PZ series combination rock tooth bit unique?
It features a double fulcrum rock tooth design and a protective cylinder block that significantly increases stability and the overall lifespan of the tool.
