Equipped with 4 advanced ERW lines, 4 spiral lines, 2 3PE anti-corrosive lines, 1 plastic outer/epoxy inner coating line, and 1 insulation steel pipe line.
Our annual output for SSAW steel pipe (Φ219mm-Φ3000mm, W.T: 5mm-30mm) reaches 100 thousand tons. The annual output of ERW (Φ33.4mm-Φ273mm, W.T: 3mm-14mm) is 300 thousand tons. Steel grades include Q235B, Q345B, GR.B, H40, J55, K55, X42, X52, X70, X80, N80, P235, P265, S235, S275, S355.
We strictly manufacture according to international standards: API 5L, API 5CT, ASTM A53, ASTM A252, EN10217, EN10219, BS1387, DIN30670, DIN30678, CSAZ245.20, CSAZ245.21, GB/T9711, GB/T3091, GB/T13793, GB/T23257, SY/T0315, SY/T0422, SY/T0457. Our products are widely used in transportation pipelines for oil, gas, coal gas, heating supply, drainage engineering, and structural industries.

Excellent production equipment, processed Φ89, Φ140, Φ168, Φ273mm, four ERW welded pipe production lines and 600mm, 1500mm, 1800mm three longitudinal shear lines. Size range: OD Φ33.4mm to Φ273mm, thickness 3mm to 14mm.
Four advanced double-side spiral submerged ARC welded steel pipe production lines, producing OD: Φ219mm-3000mm, thickness 5mm-30mm. These lines feature high deposition rates, quality welded seams, and high compactness for strict project demands.
