Our workshop is a large-scale production unit, producing and marketing high precision, high-strength ERW welded pipe, spiral welded pipe, roller tube, solar stand tube, sporting goods tube, high-precision structure tube, piling pipe etc.
Situated in a highly accessible industrial corridor, our facilities enjoy excellent logistics connectivity with close proximity to international airports, deep-water ports, and major highway networks. The production base covers a 300,000m² area, with a total investment exceeding 600 million RMB. Currently, there are 500 staff members, including 50 senior engineers.
Equipped with four advanced ERW steel pipe production lines, four spiral steel pipe production lines, two 3PE anti-corrosive production lines, one production line of outer coating with plastic and inner coating with epoxy, and one insulation steel pipe production line. Annual output of SSAW steel pipe (Ø219mm-Ø3000mm, W.T: 5mm-30mm) is 100 thousand tons; The annual output of ERW (Ø33.4mm-Ø273mm, W.T: 3mm-14mm) is 300 thousand tons.
Strictly manufacturing according to standards of API 5L, API 5CT, ASTM A53, ASTM A252, EN10217, EN10219, BS1387, DIN30670, DIN30678, CSAZ245.20, CSAZ245.21, GB/T9711, GB/T3091, GB/T13793, GB/T23257, SY/T0315, SY/T0422, SY/T0457. Steel grades include Q235B, Q345B, GR.B, H40, J55, K55, X42, X52, X70, X80, N80, P235, P265, S235, S275, S355.

Excellent production equipment, processed Ø89, Ø140, Ø168, Ø273mm, four ERW welded pipe production line and 600mm, 1500mm, 1800mm three longitudinal shear line. The Size range is OD: Ø33.4mm to Ø273mm, thickness 3mm to 14mm. To ensure the development of steel pipe with special specification, we actively enlarge the investment in the equipment, in return for customer's long-term.
Four advanced double-side spiral submerged ARC welded steel pipe production lines, producing OD: Ø219mm-3000mm, thickness 5mm-30mm, Grade X80 double-side spiral submerged Arc welded pipe, not only with high deposition rate but also have anatexis ability, quality welded seam, pretty compactness, the appearance of welded seam is flat and smooth which can satisfy different demand on seam.
