Our workshop is a large-scale production unit, producing and marketing high precision, high-strength ERW welded pipe, spiral welded pipe, roller tube, solar stand tube, sporting goods tube, high-precision structure tube, piling pipe, and more. We focus on condensing the essence of pipeline manufacturing, taking professional, powerful, and delicate production as our core responsibility.
Equipped with four advanced ERW steel pipe production lines, four spiral steel pipe production lines, two 3PE anti-corrosive production lines, and specialized coating lines for insulation and epoxy treatments.
Annual output of SSAW steel pipe is 100 thousand tons; ERW steel pipe reaches 300 thousand tons. Anti-corrosive coating capacity exceeds 3 million square meters per year.
Supported steel grades include Q235B, Q345B, GR.B, H40, J55, K55, X42, X52, X70, X80, N80, P235, P265, S235, S275, S355.
We manufacture strictly according to international standards, including API 5L, API 5CT, ASTM A53, ASTM A252, EN10217, EN10219, BS1387, and DIN series. Our products are widely utilized in oil and gas transportation, heating supply, drainage engineering, and structural ocean engineering.
Quality is the cornerstone of our survival. Our independent testing labs are equipped with X-ray imaging systems, magnetic detectors, offline UT equipment, and hydraulic testing machines to ensure 100% acceptance rates.
ERW Producing Equipment: Four production lines processing sizes from OD φ33.4mm to φ273mm, with thickness ranging from 3mm to 14mm. Includes three longitudinal shear lines (600mm to 1800mm).
Spiral Welded Equipment: Four advanced double-side submerged ARC lines producing OD φ219mm to φ3000mm, with thickness from 5mm to 30mm. Capability up to Grade X80 with smooth, high-compactness welded seams.
