Established in 1986, our workshop is a professional manufacturer producing a comprehensive series of pipe fittings, including intermediate frequency elbows, tees, reducers, and flanges. With over 20 years of production history, our facility covers a total area of 99,000 square meters.
We employ 415 staff members, including 43 medium and senior professional technicians, and collaborate with famous experts from leading research institutions. Our annual production capacity reaches 18,000 tons, ensuring we meet large-scale industrial demands.
Our facility features 6 pipe fittings production lines and 10 flange production lines. We utilize imported hydraulic intermediate frequency pushing TZ-1200 production lines with advanced technology. The maximum machining diameter for seamless elbows reaches 1200mm with a wall thickness of 120mm, while flange diameters can exceed 6000mm.
We maintain a perfect quality guarantee system and testing methods, strictly following national and internal control standards. We are ISO9001-2000 and API certificated, and hold a Special Equipment Manufacture License issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
